Arrival Policy

Regarding Your Next Visit

At DGW, we believe that a holistic approach to wellness is essential for achieving and maintaining a healthy, balanced life. Our Wellness Policy encompasses a range of measures designed to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being, both within our organization and in the services we provide to our valued clients.

Health and Safety Measures: We are committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all clients and staff members. This includes regular sanitation and cleaning protocols, as well as adherence to all relevant health and safety guidelines.

Qualified and Compassionate Staff: Our team members are not only highly skilled and experienced in their respective fields, but they are also dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to every individual who walks through our doors.

Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Your feedback is invaluable to us. We welcome your input on our services and policies, and we use this information to continuously improve and enhance the quality of care we provide.

  • Reservations and Arrival:
    • It’s recommended to make a reservation in advance to secure your preferred time and treatment.
    • Arrive at least 15-30 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in, changing depends on your service, and relaxation.
  • Consultation:
    • If you are unsure of what service you may need, rest assured we can book your consultation with one of our providers. There is a fee, if you book any service with us, it will go toward your service amount.
  • Appointment Policy:
    • Appointments can be made via phone or through our online booking system with a secured credit card.
    • We encourage you to schedule your appointment in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
  • Arrival Time:
    • Late Arrival: If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your full appointment, but please be aware that your service may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing other clients.
    • Cancellations and Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client.
    • Cancellations made within the same day of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of service fee.
  • No-Shows:
    • Missed appointments without prior notice are disruptive to our schedule and may prevent other clients from receiving services. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment may be subject to a no-show fee of 100% of service fee.
  • Confirmation Calls or Messages:
    • We may send a confirmation message or call to remind you of your upcoming appointment. Please respond to confirm or reschedule.
  • Group Bookings:
    • For group bookings, special policies may apply. Please inquire for details at the time of booking.
  • Payment:
    • Payment is due at the time of service. We all major Credit Cards, Cherry Financing.  Cash, Zelle.
      • Our services required a deposit fee to secure your date and time.
  • Children and Guests:
    • We love children, but for their safety and the comfort of other clients, we kindly request that you make child care arrangements during your appointment.
    • Guests accompanying you may be asked to wait in the waiting area.
  • Special Accommodations:
    • If you require any special accommodations or have specific needs, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you within which you can cancel without incurring a fee.

Pet Policy:

Although we love animals, we have a strict no-pet policy in place, with the exception of service animals. We are committed to maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.

Refund Policy:

  • We do not offer refunds on any services rendered at DGW. 
  • Retail: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. 
  • No refund on Gift Certificates purchases.

Exceptions:

    • Some specific products or services may have their own unique refund policies. In such cases, those policies will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
    • Please note that this refund policy is subject to change without prior notice. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.
